A fun read and wonderfully well written, as you'd expect from Josh. I really enjoyed it as an introduction to a new series, but it feels a little short in its own right (although I may just be miffed about the fade to black on the sex scene!)
Fraser is an appealing character - confident yet with a charming vulnerable side - and I definitely want to see what happens between him and Drew in the future. Watching Drew fall under Fraser's spell and start to unwind was a real treat. Highly recommended. ...more

Drew Lawson needs to get a paper published soon in academia or his position is in jeopardy. He flies to a small town in Wyoming that claims to have the mummy of a 6th dynasty Egyptian princess. He leaves behind his domineering boyfriend that just happens to be his department head. Life will not be good for Drew if he fails to publish a paper or be back in time for his boyfriend's garden party.

Today, I decided to enjoy an unabridged audio edition of this story and I admit, it was way better listening narrated reading by Sean Crisden, second time around. I wish we also had a sequel in this series, because this was only the beginning. I did enjoy it, very much.
