Great world-building, style and plot line and two amazingly well-developed main characters.
I had some small issues with the POVs and Toreth's aquaphobia but I enjoyed this too much to complain.

At the end of the book, all I could do was say, "Damn that was good!!!!" I actually exclaimed that out loud. As good as it was, I could only wish for MORE!!!

Love the in depth study of the characters, Toreth, who is a well trained psychopath, used by I&I (Investigations & Interrogations) to find the guilty party and wring a confession out of them.

This book is well written, hot, smart and like a never ending mind torture. That title is very appropriate. One star goes to the fact that it can lead to anxiety and/or brain rotting if you don't usually mind horror movies and heavy thrillers. Proceed at your own risk. XD

Re-read 2014

5 years is a long time. So many books have come and gone and when I came back to Te eAdministration it was like it was always there. Everything came back full force and then it hit me: this is a work of genius.
