Honestly, I would've rated this one higher if not for Rain's TSTL moment near the climax. Seriously, Rain, WHY?! You're an FBI agent for Pete's sake! You should've known better!

I also still have questions regarding how and exactly when Rain develops his ability to see and talk to ghosts. AND, will he ever tells Danny about (view spoiler)?

Apart from that, this one is a WINNER. Of course, second chance romance is my favorite trope, and Harmon has written a very good one. I lov

This was a fun story that is equal parts mystery and relationship story. Rain is an FBI Agent who sees ghosts, and now everyone on the job, including his boss, thinks he’s crazy. Just back from leave, he is given a chance to redeem himself with a choice of cold cases, one of which brings him back to his hometown and Danny, the man he left for his job. Working with Danny brings out plenty of tension, and plenty of old feelings. Also along for the ride is teenage ghost Ethan and his commentary on ...more

One of the fun ones you come across in occasion and enjoy thoroughly. I really liked the narrator too. His tone was quick and light, just right for the main character, Rain.

I really enjoyed this. I was a little worried I wouldn't because, I was one of the few who didn't like SE Harmon's first book, Stay with Me, and I'm not usually a fan of reunited lovers books, but the blurb totally appealed to me, so I had to give it a try and I’m so glad I did. It was funny, though the humor in the beginning was pretty cheesy, once the story got going the humor felt more natural and I laughed a lot. I love a good “I see dead people” story and what I really liked about this one ...more

Stalled at 43%. They seem more like tv cops than real law enforcement; the ghost stuff hasn't played much of a role to this point; and I'm tired of Rain’s internal thoughts which are a litany of sarcasm, snark, and complaints. Not huge problems, but it’s dragging and I’m not attached to either guy. ...more

2017 Rainbow Awards Honorable Mention: P.S. I Spook You S.E. Harmon
1) First book by this author. I saw this when it first was released and went by it because I thought it was about a ghost in love, no I did not read the blurb. That will teach me to judge a book by the title. I really enjoyed the characters and the story line. Will definitely have to read more by this author.
2) This book was too much fun. I loved the main characters, and I loved them together. The mystery was well thought-out and

This fantastic story as Rain comes to grips with the changes in his life. talking to ghosts is not easy when everyone else thinks you are crazy. Danny and Rain have some work to do but they are amazing together. I immediately went out and got book 2. I hope there will be more.
