What is it about Josh Lanyon's books that I can't get enough of them!

As Will and Taylor's story continues, they grow on me even more. I love these two hot masculine agents together! They take their romance slow and still keep some secrets from each other. But they are willing to take the next step in their relationship and I oohed and aahed at the end of this instalment.

The mystery was not my favourite here though. Taylor can't seem to stay away from trouble ...more

This is the second time I read this. I'm a big Josh Lanyon fan, yet this series has not been able to win me over. So I was curious, what made me stop reading it.

I did a quick re-read and now I remember why. I like the writing. I like Taylor. I like most secondary characters. I like the plot.

What I don't like is Will. Yes, that's right. I don't like one of the MC's. In fact I do not believe that he is in a right relationship.

So far I'm really enjoying this series.

I like Will and Taylor a lot, and I enjoyed getting to learn a little bit more about Taylor's past. Taylor is definitely my favorite of the two, and I thought the tension between them given their history was believable and well done. Will did sort of annoy me at times. It's obvious that he loves Taylor, but he seemed to struggle with the idea of it a lot, and then seemed surprised that Taylor believed that Will wasn't as invested in the relationship as Tayl ...more
