This novella is a real gem! I totally loved this holiday story of retired cat burglar Noel Snow, whose quiet solitude at an upstate New York horse farm is interrupted when his former FBI nemesis (and one-time lover) comes knocking on his door to interrogate him about a rash of robberies.

I was a little surprised at how bad the editing job was on this story-- I thought Carina were supposed to be a division of Harlequin and I expected more than to have a character's name spelled wrong-- not one character, but two! As well as various other spelling mistakes. Yikes!
As for the story itself, I enjoyed it. It felt a little rushed and like there was a lot of it that was left out of the finished piece, but I did like the characters and would have liked to see a little more of their inter ...more
