What Members Thought
The beginning into the story was typical, pulling and interesting. But as soon Ellery Page and Police Chief Jack Carson came out of the water, it went down the drain for me. I somehow couldn't connect to the main criminal case, even if it was intriguing enough. I'll re-read it in the future and maybe like it more.

Their story is just getting better & better with each new book! Specially Jack, who in book 1 gave off a vibe that his heart is encased in iron cage - is so soft toward Ellery now. I loved the growth of their relationship through each book & new mysteries r a bonus for me. Also there were some surprise mentions of one of our favorite JL characters - someone is gonna visit Pirate's Cove soon 😁!!

Another great addition to this cozy series. It came at just the right time when I needed a comfort read the most. It made me laugh a lot too. I can’t wait for the next book!
