I love, love, love how this small island with its inhabitants is becoming so familiar and comforting to a reader. And I'm glad to hear that Josh plans to continue with the series into the unknown future. Cosy mysteries like these are especially something I enjoy reading right now.

Sure, this book isn't going to set the world on fire but it definitely left me in a better place when I finished then when I started. I'm not much of a cosy mystery reader but this series is delightful and comforting. Just what one needs right now. And it is very well narrated by Matt Haynes. I like that the romance between the two characters has an emotional maturity, and JL doesn't use cheap tricks to keep them apart and yet there is lots of room for their relationship to develop or not......

This series of cozy mysteries truly r amazing. The mystery is really well built & I can never get enough of Ellery & Jack. If you like MCs who moved from big city to smaller town and met each other - this is definitely for you. Also I love how Jack is falling hard for Ellery and I think he himself has no idea how much in love he is! Can't wait to see how Ellery handles him in the next books. And Watson is a great bonus for the readers 😇

Sweet and comical fourth book in Ellery Page's world. This time, we had an easy-going continuance in the plotted side. There wasn't much of a drama between both MC's, Ellery and the Police Chief Jack Carson, which was great. So far I liked this series.

These are wonderful cozies. There is another one coming and I am looking forward to it.
Continues to be an entertaining cozy mystery series. I'm going to try some of the Diana Killian cozies, since that's another pen name for the author. (Name checked in this book.)
