This is the third book in this series and they just keep getting better. Richly populated with a vast variety of side characters, Pirate's Cove comes to life under the pen of Josh Lanyon. Wow... can I have the rest of this series already please?! This series is extremely fun, relaxing, and mysterious. I also love the hints at romance between Ellery and Chief Carson. They’re going to be, are in fact, a great couple. The mysteries are gripping and engaging. I also like the other characters, they help make Pirate’s Cove a vibrant community.

Seriously, I savored this one and I’m going to miss these characters until the next book comes out.

This cosy mystery is just what i needed to break the “DNF” curse I’ve been experiencing the past two months. Lovely.

I was very surprised to get my hands on the third book in this series. I even had a pleasure enjoying it in audible edition. The storyline developed fast and with interesting pace. The atmosphere, between both main character, was intense and lead to an enjoyable conclusion. I'm glad it happened this way. Finally, they can move forward. Great work so far! ...more
