I found this too dreary to be enjoyable. There aren’t any humorous or lighthearted moments to relieve the gloom. And the cover is really misleading. The relationship is a very small part of the story and was not developed much beyond physical attraction. Bruce assists Don’s investigation at a few points, but that’s about it.
