Re-read - Think I may have liked this more on a second read. Not sure if this is to be a series but I wasn't quite ready to leave them when the book ended.

The quiet agent makes for a quiet book, any drama is off page and what is shown is dulled by a non-standard personality.

I loved this, what a beautiful book. Arthur and Martin are just wonderful. This is a quiet book about two people that are so very separated from life, and other people, finding their way to each other in the most quirky and sweet ways. I loved watching as their worlds expanded to include each other as well as their co-workers. This is a short book that contains a lot and nearly all of it is worth it. Still really enjoyed this one! My smut-loving heart wishes there was some (especially since I know this author writes it so well), but it worked great without.

Disclaimer that this book as no smut. Which was made clear in the blurb and it's my own fault for not paying attention. I actually think the no-smut worked well, I just expected it, so it threw me a bit.

This was lovely! I had been afraid to read it for years. The way Arthur courted Martin was adorable. Also, it was really harsh to read that nobody remembers Arthur or even wants to talk to him. But the way he won Martin over was so sweet. It's not a traditional romance. Arthur's level of patience and kindness is truly inspiring.
