Wow.
I've always liked this series and expected it to be a good read, but this is the best out of the three installments. The characters - if you've read the first two books, you'd feel like you know them, they are as real as people you meet in real life. And the case in the book, so personal and heart wrenching. And the urgency of it, I can't put it down until the characters get to a "relatively" safe place.
What a treat.

This was a very satisfying end to this series. I have enjoyed each story, and I really liked the way the author wrapped up this story. These two definitely deserve their happy ending.

A Satisfyingly Ending to a Satisfying Series
All good things, as they say, must come to an end, and this was definitely an ending worth waiting for. Another worthy edition to the Lanyon canon, and I hope to see cameo appearances of these characters in upcoming Lanyon mysteries.
