What Members Thought

My latest impulsive read that turned out to be the most heart-wrenching page-turner. I do enjoy my angsty books but this was a different level all together. I can't complain though. Secretly, I enjoy the hurt that comes with it. As long as it heals me at some point. I applause the author for such a brilliant debut - a mystery with a great twist, a painfully imperfect romance. It definitely begs for a sequel. Shame it will not be about a certain secondary character...

Damn this was good! This was not a funny, fun read. This was angst and heartache. I will definitely buy Dal Maclean's next book.

Excellent book. Well thought out plot with just the right amount of twists and turns that it's not until almost the end that you figure it out. Well done Dal Maclean.
