I am not fan of holiday novellas, but this anthology has a great line up and I didn't want to miss it.

"Out" by Harper Fox - 4,5 stars

There is one line I keep repeating when it comes to Harper Fox novels: the way she writes British setting is just amazing. A good anthology. I enjoyed all of the stories. I will certainly check out other stories by Johanna Chambers. She was the only author that was new to me. The others were interesting stories by authors I love. A nice Christmas read.

Baby, It's Cold is another winning holiday story from Josh Lanyon. Tightly written and sweet as all get out (hey I am Southern, get over it), but with enough conflict to keep things interesting. This isn't a mystery. There isn't an evil baddy. It is two friends who tried to become lovers and failed. However, one just isn't ready to give up. The stories were pretty okay in the anthology. I think I expected more from certain stories and that's why I was a bit disappointed (I won't mention which ones). There was one that I really enjoyed, two that just passed and one that just was mediocre for me. ...more
