I like to ask myself a question whenever reading a book, it’s a simple one: Why was this book written? For this one, I find myself almost certain that its not for the audience. The appeal of “handmaids tale” was that it told so little, and showed so much. The audience was left continually wondering, with only tidbits of information given, leaving you continually curious throughout.
