Nesser is in good form, and back to his formula with Van Veeteran and his crew. A little less of the wry humour,but I liked the way it describes the perpetrator in the opening chapters, and the rationale behind her crime. Great ending which is a pleasant departure from the normal tieing up of loose ends...
