3.5 stars rounded up. I enjoyed reading this book and the sequel over the past couple of days. Fairly light UF with appealing characters. I did find it very choppy though. Events and conversations inexplicably left unresolved. Things that would shock me or make me question are just glossed over by the characters. Some pivotal characters lacking depth or background. The shifting POV's. But then other times I was affected more deeply by what was happening. In any case it's fun and recommended for
