This was a pretty interesting tale of the paranormal world. I liked Dina because she could be anyone that you know, just with an ability that no one would believe.
I like this take on supernatural world because it is so different than anything else I've read in the past.
That being said I really could have done without the possible love triangle. Everything else about the story and characters are intriguing enough without it. ...more

This is more of a 3.5 book for me, but I so love Ilona Andrews and the potential of this series. There is a lot of good in the book…the characters seem interesting and I love this new world. My issue with this book is more that there are some really detailed descriptions about certain things that do not need to be there…they distracted me from the story and at this point I’m not sure the information is necessary. I look forward to more of this series.
