This entry in the Morganville series gets back to the fast moving fun and snarkiness that was somewhat lacking from its predecessor, Fade Out. Our favorite four some heads out of Morganville on a roadtrip, chaperoned by Oliver and winds up taking on a small scale vampire zombie apocalypse.
The book works, because the gang is together, and the scares come fast and frequently. The four of them never fail to make me smile, and the newly strong and mature relationship Claire and Shane have is nice. ...more

Hmm... I think I tend to start my reviews of this series with "another great entry in the series...", or something along those lines - and at the risk of sounding repetitive, this is just that. I've noticed that this one has gotten mixed reviews so far, mainly it seems because outside of Morganville, many of the cast and crew have been left behind.
