I'm looking forward to the rest of this series! I love all Katie MacAlister's books and this one didn't disappoint. The story is set in the same world as all of MacAlister's dragon series, so you have that familiarity of how things work, but I don't remember reading about any Travellers in the earlier books (I'll have to go back and do some re-reading). I like humor in books, but this one was trying too hard. I couldn't like the heroine Kiya who was TSTL and I might have been more ok with it if she actually was in her early 20s (which is how she behaved), but she claimed to be 32 and it was ridiculous. Katie makes some pretty fantastic heroines. This one reminds me of what I imagine Katie is like, based on her updates on Facebook. She has a note in the front of the book about how the support of her friends and family got her through the death of her husband. With that on the forefront of my mind, I read the book as a mourning wife might, and saw why this book might have been cathartic to write. If you could do over even one second, how might your life be different now?

I was sorta disappointed on this book, I really don't like books written from different points of view.
