I think one of my biggest grievances with this book was that the heroine in the story accepted her love for the hero too quickly and unconditionally. I'm used to Katie MacAlister's characters being really feisty, and Nell seemed a bit blah by comparison.
This book had tinges of humor, but it definitely would not make my top favorites list for Katie MacAlister. That being said, I still laughed out loud several times reading this one.
