I felt like the author has lost her voice, her book read like a True Blood script.
Again, just average. Sookie did some stuff, people were out to get her, yada yada yada. The only thing of note was really the deterioration of her relationship with Eric, and her unsurprising closeness with Sam - and yes, I have read the spoilers for the next book. I guess I'll read it, if only for the sense of completion.
