I picked this series back up since I enjoyed Jane as a secondary character in some of the other books set in Half Moon Hollow, but after reading this, I'm starting to think I like her best as a secondary character.

Jane and Gabriel break up again. So Jane joins the Chamber of Commerce to focus on her business and is also getting stalker-y mail.

What I liked:
* Jolene and Zeb. They are cute together as they navigate the next step. Their relatives are nightmares though (funny to read about).
* Dick

Another hit for Molly Harper. Jane and Gabriel are at odds after he starts receiving mysterious notes. Zeb and Jolene are expecting a baby (or a litter). Dick and Andrea help out at the bookstore. A deranged childe that was sired by Gabriel is after Jane. How much more fun can you have? Throw in the ususal residents of Half Moon Hollow for a satifying read.

Thank the goddess that book 3 didn't feature Jane's fucked up family as much as the first 2 books did!! Their antics are funny only in small doses. Some good headway is made with certain members of her family. Then there's Gabriel's secret. So much is made of this, the actual explanation was so lame (I was disappointed). I loved the exchange between Grandma Ruthie and Aunt Jettie. I love Jane and her humor (good comebacks and she's hilarious), Zeb, Jolene, Andrea, Dick, and hell, even Gabriel. T ...more
