I love Jane! Her cynical outlook and quirky comments always make me laugh out loud.
In Nice Girls Don't Live Forever, which appears to be the final book in this series (sad, if true), Jane resolves some family issues, breaks up with Gabriel, joins the Chamber of Commerce, re-opens the bookstore and helps out Zeb and Jolene in more ways than one. When you become immortal things change. Goals once thought to be long term start looking like short terms plans because your life expectancy increases by an immeasurable amount. Things need to be reprioritized and you have to reevaluate what is important and perhaps reinvent yourself...

I enjoyed this one better than the last but it still didn't match the greatness of the first book. I liked the humour surrounding the twins, some things were wrapped up a little too quickly and easily but overall I'm just glad the series is over.

Any time I fall into a reading slump, where book after book bore me and I start to feel like I'm doomed to read nothing but mediocre plots with half formed characters, I then pick up a Molly Harper book.
Her books never fail to make me laugh out loud. I love her characters, the wit, the plot lines. I recommend her books to everyone who asks, "Who is your favorite author?" Honestly, I don't have a favorite author but her books are always worth reading to me.
