When I first read this in 2014, I wasn’t ready for the series to end, most especially not as Dean notes at the start:
Warning: The final book in the Secret McQueen series has it all: hot kisses, unexpected guests, and enough tear-jerking moments to require a whole box of tissues. You’ve been warned.
My initial thoughts upon finishing the book reflected that as well: “EVERYONE comes back for this go-out-in-a-blaze-of-glory finale! Prepare yourselves, fans, there are some losses.”
