I will say this was a VERY fast read, even compared to some of the others in the series. As usual there was an intense amount of hilarity, especially with Missy and her girls, and Ms. Warren’s sarcasm and wit shine through once again. I would have loved a longer story with more time for their relationship to develop and deepen before they mate. Rafe and Tess had amazing chemistry from the first moment they were on the page together. I have been enjoying this series on audio, and Kate Reading has been doing a great job. However, there are times when I wish I had a physical copy, because I'm not sure I would have put the same inflection (in my head) on some parts the way she did.
