The problem I had with this book was she tied in the Blue Blood series with this one. That says to me that she doesn't have enough creative juices flowing through her brain to completely come up with a new series. And I didn't like how she tied in the series. It was pointless.

Well. This book was interesting. The beginning was a bit slow, but eventually I found myself wanting to know what was going to happen and caring about the characters. Then the ending part of the book happened. It felt a bit awkward. A bit thrown out there. I kind of saw some of it in a way, but the rest of it just seemed like the author was like "oh hey I forgot to explain this, I might want to do that."
