I liked this the best of the three full-length BAD novels, primarily due to the character of Carlos Delgado. Carlos and Gabrielle have trust and faith in each other, despite their double-identities that intersected with the death of Gabrielle's mother 10 years earlier. That lack of angsty, should-I, shouldn't-I crap was a winner for me.
