If Devon Monk could start books as well she finishes them, I would buy and read each of her books the day it came out. That said, this installment of Allie Beckstrom's adventures picks up much more quickly and moves at a better pace than the last. I thoroughly enjoyed it, and I recommend that anyone, who has read the first two and is uncertain about whether to continue the series, should give this a chance. If you haven't read the first two, you should do so first. this is absolutely not a stand

Good enough. Moving onto the next one. I still like Zayvion better than the main character--he seems to know that brains are for using, but I have a gripe about him as well--what's with all the freaking secrecy?
