So much going on in this one, and so many plot twists it was action-packed from go to whoa. We finally got to find out who (or what) Rene is, and Drake said the L-word to Aisling. *sigh* There was a lot of coitus interruptus going on, too, but their relationship has now developed into something more than just physical, so I was still satisfied - even though at times Drake was not.

Aisling has always been kind of ditzy, but in this one I almost wanted it to be the last. She is just a bit too stupid to live. I am sorry, if you are thrust into a new world of demons, and dragons, and other such creatures, I would be studing the books I am given. Not trying to wing it and hope it all turns out well. The story was ok, but Aislings stupidity and ability to just keep putting things off made me want to put the book off.
