At first this had the feel of the Queen Betsy series, but luckily it eventually got over that hurdle. It was a light fluffy read, just what I was in the mood for, and it delivered. Still I couldn't give it more than 3 stars cause I have read better, funnier books.
Marty Andrews is accidentally bitten by a werewolf when he is distracted and her dog Muffin attacks him, mistakenly trying to protect her. Of course, the reason he is distracted is "she smells gooooood". Enough said to shifter readers.

This was a cute story about Marty a cosmetic door to door sales rep who accidentally gets bit (more like gets her hand caught in the mouth) by a werewolf who she thought was just a big dog. Marty's lonely life takes a sudden turn as she deals with becoming a werewolf and trying to avoid being kidnapped.I thought this book was pretty funny, there were plenty of times I laughed out loud. Okay, so yes, it was fluff, but it was very entertaining fluff! I got a good giggle out of several passages. I loved that Marty just spouts off and then keeps going even when she really ought to keep her mouth shut. It kind of reminds me of someone (name withheld to protect the guilty.) Oh, and my mental picture of Keegan? Yum!
I had a hard time getting into this one. Marty was a difficult character to like. However, I stuck with it and after a while I found myself into the story. I didn't like the multiple, descriptive sex scenes but while they were superfluous they weren't terribly written.
