Positive: Cover art for all three books in this series is very nicely done. Eye-catching.
Negative: Oye. The short of it? Poorly executed.
The long version? My problem with both Accidentally Dead and The Accidental Werewolf is that it's very trying to wade through 200 pages of whining bitchiness before you get to some actual plot. Cassidy spends far too much time on the angsty, "why me?" portion of the story, preventing Marty and now Nina from being likable.

If I just picked up this book without reading the first book in the series, I would have thrown this across the room after hearing Nina threaten and complain about EVERYTHING!

Fluffy and light as they get!
It's story is fun enough (and predictable enough, as well, mostly) but I got really tired of the repetitions... Too much talking about feelings and bullheadedness and stubbornness. The story crawled at times, torturous-ly slow and repetitive, but fluffy and at times funny, as expected. ...more
