What Members Thought
This was a nice, sweet romance with a bit of magic involved. Both Mac & Olivia are likable characters and many of their scenes together are quite fun. Olivia is a bit too much of a mouse for me sometimes, even though by the last 1/4 of the book you find you she maybe isn't as much of mouse as you thing by then it's too late. I don't expect a contemporary romance heroine to be a kick-ass UF type (that would actually be jarring for me) but I don't expect them to constantly run away, be unable to s

There was nothing wrong with this book but the pace. It was sooo slow.
1/3 of the way through And I was bored. I wanted to find out how Mac would disclose he was a magician. Maybe at another time I’ll need a slower paced book and come back to this one.
