The last of the Parasol Protectorate series, though I did hear Ms Carriger is writing a spinoff series, the first of which is titled Prudence.
Alexia and Conall have settled down in domestic bliss in London and to living in Lord Akeldama's third-best closet so they can be close to Prudence, who is now about 2 years old, when Alexia receives a summons to visit Egypt and the world's oldest living vampire.

I can't believe that this was the last to the series, and I'm a little sad to see it depart. On the upside I believe I'll be a Carriger fan for many years to come. I really hope that the following series are just as witty, charming, and cackle inducing.
