My thoughts on this particular book are a bit disappointed...I am a fan of Ms. Bast's work and this looked to be a great read...The cover art is absolutely stunning and after reading the summary of what the story was about, I was excited to read it ...So I settled in and was ready to go on a fantastic journey and then it just all kind of fell flat for me...Interesting premise, loved the world building, however, couldn't get into either of the leads, both the male and female.
