Wow. I thought the first one was so-so, so I was surprised by how incredible this one was! If you are on the fence about continuing with this series, I highly recommend that you keep reading.

As the second book in the series, very little time was spent refreshing the rules of the world. I did not finish this book. I could not bring myself to care about any of the characters even after reading 200+ pages. There are too many books out there that I am dying to read so I did not finish this one.

Just got this in from the library. Currently reading another second in a series that I really like... What to do, what to do?
