3.5 stars. I have to admit that the main reason I love this series is the beautiful loving relationship between Adam and Dominic. In this book, Morgan even realizes that there's is the most healthy relationship she knows despite the BDSM. I'm not a fan of that myself but the way it's presented here, it does sound reasonable and healthy. I like that Morgan admits that even thinking of them together arouses her.

As usual, Morgan's mouth needs an off button but several times she forced herself to s

Morgan is still annoying and still making letting her stubborn attitude and mouthy responses rule much of her decision making, but she does (finally) seem to be making some progress with her control freak nature. I liked this book better than the previous two, though I still have a few questions about a few things that just didn't make sense. Why does Brian keep coming back? Morgan is still carrying around Lugh. She still has huge trust issues and to top it all The king wants to set up court in this realm.

With all this going on the book seemed a bit of a filler. There's a main plot that seems to be a vehicle to progress the story, the progress was small compared this side plot.
None of the characters are particularly pleasing, apart from Dom and Brian, most are not particularly likeable and I quickly lost any compassion for them.
I did though enjoy the first two book

Maybe I am a glutton for punishment - or I am in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy and have horrible insomnia! I continue to struggle with this series. I want to like the series yet it is missing something . The main character continues to drive me batty. I wish she would overcome her 'fear' of letting Lugh in or at least come to better terms with it.

I really like Adam and Dom and even Raphael but Morgan is a dead weight. Brain has even evolved as a character but not Morgan. GUH!

Yes, I'm that kind of reader who cant stop to read a book in a bad series because I already read the first and second books of the series.

I feel that this 3rd book isn't really progressed to the core of the main issue of the series yet. It seems to me that the author got sidetracked when she wrote this book. It is not really focused on the war among demon kingdom but in the end (fortunately) the author can bring the twist back to the matters in hands.

At least the author is consistant with the st
