Morgan is a small-minded bitch. No, it's not me cussing, it's what she says about herself. And, yeah, she really is like that. But I like that she knows it, she doesn't pretend she isn't and she does try to be more understanding of things that go against her nature. And when she fucks up, the others call her on it. Loudly.

But the five stars are mostly because of Adam and Dominic. Never before have I encountered a gay couple featured this prominently in a mass market urban fantasy. Also, this is

Morgan got a job, it's exorcising demons. Morgan's also got a big problem, she's just found out that she is actually hosting one of her own. The stuff hits the fan from that point on.
The beginning was a bit of a rough start for me, especially when Morgan asks (and answers) all of her own questions and with so much added snark I was up to my neck in it. I'm not a big fans of 1st person point of view of a novel, especially a paranormal novel. Thats why i'm not really enjoying the book.

The story is quite differen with other paranormal romance novel i've read before. Its about a female exorcist who get possesed againts her will by a king of demons and get caught in the line of fires of a demon war.

But there are some disturbing scenes in the book, maybe an attribute to its uniqueness. I feel that i should not put it under paranormal romance label

This book was a real letdown. I liked the premise behind the book but the main character was exceedingly disappointing. The main character is whinny, unappreciative, and selfish. She rubs me the wrong way. The book can't decide if it wants to be into heavy erotica or urban fantasy. There are some sex scenes they aren't particularly graphic but there is a lot of talk about sex and wanting sex - extra fluff that isn't needed.
I went on to read the next book you can see my review there.
