I don't know what to say....was that supposed to be the ending of the series? Really....? Mrs. Mead, I feel completely betrayed by you. Eugenie's immaturity, selfishness and hypocrisy have astonished me. As a romance reader, I expect to see some character improvement and growth, but sadly you didn't make it happen! And to tell the truth, I would even had appreciated a flat character with zero growth rather than the regression seen in Eugenie. You succeeded in creating the most unlikable heroine

YIn the fourth book of the Dark Swan series, Eugenie is pregnant. She is forced to lay low due to the many people that want to end her pregnancy due to the prophecy that pertains to her son. After she has her babies she is forced to go back to the otherworld to take care of a very big problem. Winter has hit all the kingdoms and is causing all the land to suffer, and Dorian and Eugenie are going to gdtto the bottom of it.

What a selfish, hypocritical person Eugenie is, I can't believe I've wasted my time with this series, it doesn't even come close to Mead's other work.
