Richelle Mead is amazing, simply amazing. Not only is her Vampire Academy Series a favorite of mine, but also I may have found a love in her adult urban fantasy series, Dark Swan. I was about to give up on fae books. I have only read a few, but STORM BORN turned out to be a real page turner.

Loved this book. I liked that the main character was strong and independent. I liked the other characters in the book as well. The magic in the book was interesting, and there was a lot of sarcastic humor in the book which I really enjoyed. The love interests in the book were great. I'm torn as to who to chear for.

It's much easier to write a review when I hated the book. I loved Storm Born and pretty much everything about it, so it's kind of hard. I thought the characters were well done and there were just enough to keep it interesting without getting confusing. I wish she had ended up with Dorian, but Kiyo was okay too :)
