Bloodlines (Bloodlines, #1) in SOS: Serious Overload of Series

After the massive success of Vampire Academy, which is to this day one of my favorite Young Adult series, this spin off has been one of tge most anticipated releases of the year. I know it has been for me for a few reasons. First I love Richelle Mead. And second I LOVE ADRIAN. Ive missed him and after how things turned out for him in the last book of VA I just want to see him happy.

Great start for this new series!

For those who aren't familiar with Richelle Mead's books, Bloodlines is the spin-off of the Vampire Academy series. Which I would recommend as a most read as well.

Now we are following Sydney the Alchemist which has been branded as a disgrace in her community since the Rose Hathaway incident(out of the VA series)Though granted a second chance to proof her loyalty,she awakes one glory night to find out she has to leaving asap to Palm Springs CA to assist the Mor Great start for this new series!

But not alone dose she have to head out right away, she also will be accompanied by Keith...aka**$%$#%&- "Ok, I'll keep that thought to myself" Hahahaha.
Anyway,we also meet(again) Adrian, Jill, (Moroi princess and illegitimate sister to queen Vasilia Dragomir) and Dhampir guardian Eddie. Adrian, Adrian, "what to say about you",I think I'll keep that a mystery. See Adrian is one of the hoties out of the VA, and on of the heroines I wanted to read about in this book.I'll just leave it at with him.
Back to what I was saying, where was I,oh yeah; Eddie on the other hand is assigned to protect Jill that Pryor to moving to Palm Spring barely survives an assassination attack. And to be of the radar for any further attempts on Jill's life they are being sent off to attend a private high school in California. Once at the new school, to blend in, they all pretend to be brother and sister.

"Aah one big happy Family! I found super funny at times because of the chemistry some of them have."

As the story begins the spider web of mysteries is spun, I found my self in awe over how in no time these characters were so strongly developed,I say this because knowing most of them from the VA series, quite a few just didn't do it for me then. But now in bloodlines they get to shine... It made it a fun read with a thrilling conclusion for me, and last but not least,a perfect ending. When I think back about the ending I wanna giggle an squeal that's how good it was.(To be honest, I stud up from my couch and did a happy dance.)
Did I mention how badly I wish "The Golden Lily" would come out sooner. Oh well and so the wait begins.
