In my opinion, Frostbite was just as good as the first book in this series.

The first thing that I loved and adored and made me sigh with relief was that there weren't too many "remember what happened in the previous book" moments. Wow, I love Richelle Mead's writing! I love the fact that all her series are different. Not only do they focus on different paranormal aspects, but the main characters have their own unique personalities. Rose from vampire academy is no exception. I love her spirit and attitude. The characters are well drawn and easy to feel like you know them and are interested in how they develop. The world Mead has created is very vivid and it's nice ...more

Maybe it's because I waited so long to read the 2nd book in the series and I forgot some of the characters... or maybe it was all the teenage drama, it was, like, super boring!

I did like to see Rose and her mom and, or course, Dimitri who doesn't really need to say anything to be cute.
I did not like the fact that the author killed a guy just so she could bring a new one to the story... it wasn't done right.
I could see it from a mile, this new
