What Members Thought
Probably another 3.5-star read. It was so slow moving until the very end, and I'm afraid I had read spoilers to know what would happen, so I didn't fully engage with this until the *ahem* big climax. I enjoyed the counselling sessions where Rose was asked to think about the way she was blindly accepting her role as a guardian, and was so glad she spoke her mind to Lissa (who I have never liked) right at the end. Oh, Dimitri, will I still love you now? I'd better read the next book to find out.
