Wow, I felt like this book took me a long time to get through. This book just didn't have the excitement the first book had. The characters are always very interesting and Jane continues to make me laugh out loud. However, the plot in the book was just not hooking me. When I put this book down it was really easy not to pick it up again. I'll continue to read the next book, but I hope the plot can keep up with the characters. ...more

Jane True's mouth certainly runs away with profanity in this installment. Anyone able to tell me if this is just the character, or is this the author's writing style? I'm not trying to toot my own horn or anything; because I'm no saint, but every sentence in at least 15 or more pages?
