So far I've only read the first story in this anthology, Masquerade by Amanda Ashley. It is, perhaps, one of the sweetest vampire romances I've ever read, the undead hero yearning for the life and light of his mortal love interest with a tenderness that is often not present in other such stories. I stopped reading when I got to the Feehan story, as I have not read the first 6 Carpathian stories, and so didn't want to start on the 7th one just yet. So...more later.
