This book was quite interesting from the start. When see the deep emotions and the effects those emotions have on a woman's everyday life. Lena is dealing with the loss of one of her best friends and the guilt that she never quite made up with him after a break in their friendship. She's investigating her murder when she runs across Sandor and nothing her brain can tell her will let her rest until she finds out more about him.
