I felt like this book was kind of predictable yet I liked the originality of it. Girl gets sick so she searches for a cure and in this case the Blood Grail that has been mistaken for the Holy Grail. At the same time, huge hunk who turns out to be a vamp comes by to also find the Grail but for different reasons. They hit it off then girl gets worse in her sickness. Vamp turns her and then the search for the Blood Grail continues. Again, original, yet good.
I'd give the first half 1 -2 stars & the second half 3 - 4 stars. The prologue was good, but then it was pretty boring for about half the book then it finally picked up. such a sad event towards the end, then a great twist to it. The first half was a fluffy romance type story with not much happening. The second half had some romance, mystery, twists, and some action.
