I'm a die hard Kenyon fan but this book was cutting it close. Turns out the bad Gods, Demons and Daimons aren't necessarily bad they all have reason to be the way they are. But the bottom line is they still chose to hate the humans and blame them for all ills, conveniently forgetting they were once human or what they themselves have done and continue to do to humans.

Kenyon wants to blur the lines between the good guys and bad. And that's fine, but no body she's written about so far has suffered

my feelings for this book is very much torn..liking the bad guys? oh well, life is never really black or white. And bad guys can love and be vulnerable.
