First I really loved this series & I did enjoy the book to a point.
The book is pointless & should have been shrunk down to a 100 page novella instead of a full novel. Series should have capped out at just the three novels since the original plot was based on three instruments.

This book was not as good as City of Glass. Mostly because of the fact that it had way too much weird love drama going on. However, I really liked all the plot dealing with Lilith and I am excited to see what happens with Sebastian/Jonathon in the next book.
Question: Is it just me or does all the stupid stuff seem to happen to Jace? Seriously he is also a little too full of himself this book and too much feel-sorry-for-me attitude.

It took me a few tries to get through this one. I guess I was prepared for a horrible cliffhanger ending that I didn't want. Other than the last 6 pages the book was tied up nicely.
