A kick-ass heroine, a hot vampire boss, quirky and fun sidekicks and a lot of action and adventure… What else can you ask of an Urban Fantasy series? The Jaz Parks series by Jennifer Rardin definitely has all that and so much more.

These Jaz Parks books are full of action, interesting characters but there is just something missing. Not sure what, but I find it is easy to put these books down.
This time Jaz, Vayl, Cole, Jack the dog & Jaz's dad Albert are in Scotland to take out an assassin named Bea before she kills a bad witch named Floraidh.
Bergman & Cassandra once again are missing from the story, only just mentioned in passing. I think it would of been better to include them.

I do so hate stage right scenes Ms. Rardin. I felt cheated out of my sex scenes :P
