Liv Warren is a Tracker. She specifically tracks with blood. Her ex, Cam Caballero, is a Tracker as well but he is stronger with names. From the reviews, I must be missing something, but I didn't really enjoy it that much. There was the slight awe factor when it turns out (view spoiler) but other than that, the book was boring and I found Liv a little annoying. Interesting. Doesn't use the usual cliches of the PNR genre and the plot is twisted and not easily guessed.
